Design tab controls

Look up the sections of the Design tab and the controls in each one. Use it when you need the exact label of a control, or want to know why an element shows fewer sections.

The example on this page is the Header in the Post hero section of the Blog site.

Which elements show which sections

The tab can show 14 sections, in a fixed order. Studio shows only the sections the element's style group declares, so some elements show fewer than 14.

ElementSections it shows
Built-in components such as Header and BoxAll 14.
Image13, without Typography.
TextNone. The built-in Text component declares no style groups, so the tab says "No properties available for the selected component."
A component your developer registeredOnly the sections its style group declares.
