Framework guides
Find where each step of server rendering goes in your framework. Use this page to pick a framework guide, or to find what to follow when your framework has none.
What a framework guide adds to Render on the server
A template route does four jobs: it fetches the template, renders it, adds its styles and writes its title and meta tags. Render on the server teaches the four jobs on a plain Express server.
A framework guide shows where each job goes in that framework, and what the framework already does for you. Read Render on the server first. The guides link to it for why each step is needed.

For any other server framework, follow Render on the server. Its steps work anywhere you can call fetchCompositionData and render React to HTML. There's no guide for Remix, Astro or Gatsby, so follow it for them too.
For a framework that renders only in the browser, follow Render on the client.
